Automist® Tap Mount

Automist® is an award-winning safety device that integrates seamlessly into existing homes to offer volume protection. A reliable and cost-effective solution, Automist® targets at-risk rooms such as the kitchen, where most fires start. Unlike other fire suppression systems, Automist® can be run from a standard domestic mains water supply, installing almost invisibly underneath a standard tap. Installation disruption is minimal and annual maintenance involves only a simple and quick test. Automist® uses well-established water mist technology to protect life and property, with only 10% of the water usage of a traditional sprinkler system. The system was independently tested at the BRE.
